Tiny Sprouts Yoga - Currently no upcoming classes

Yoga has been shown to help promote positive body image, self-awareness, emotion and self-regulation. It is also a fun way to practice Mindfulness and improves other healthy living factors.

Tiny Sprouts Yoga was founded by Katelyn Feagans, a registered children's yoga teacher and trauma-informed provider. She combines creative sequences and a spirit of playfulness with a dose of inspiration to help children experience a sense of peace and acceptance within themselves.
